This website is run by The Connect Digital ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of the website only. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms if they differ.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, or any other law that can't be excluded by agreement.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse and share this website. Please don't:

  • use it for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful material;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, or overload it;
  • copy large parts of it, or use automated tools to scrape it, without our permission;
  • pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

Information on this website

The information here describes our services in general terms. It isn't professional advice for your particular situation, and it isn't an offer we're bound by: what we'll do, and at what price, is set out in a written proposal.

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that everything on it is complete or current at all times.

Quotes and client work

Prices for our website packages are on our Pricing page. Prices in South African rand, including VAT. Other work is quoted individually.

Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract. If we agree to work together, we'll confirm the scope, timeline, fees and terms in writing before any work starts, and that agreement will govern the project.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, design, graphics and our logo, belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not reuse it commercially without our written permission.

Other names and logos shown on this website are the trade marks of their respective owners.

Messages you send us

When you contact us, please make sure the information you give is accurate and that you're entitled to share it. Don't send confidential information until we've agreed how it will be handled. We use what you send as our Privacy Policy describes.
